The BMS-E is a tool developed for the Land Operations Division (LOD) of DSTG.  The tool provides a synthetic but configurable user-interface to a battlefield management system on top of a detailed Layer 2/3 VHF/UHF/Satcom network to enable users of a war-gaming system to communicate over a simulated radio link.
