The MRD toolset was developed by Ebor to read the results of radar log files and to store the information in a database. Entries in the database were supplemented with meta-tags. It also created an image from the data for analysis. In 2007 the database was ported from Oracle with Forms to MySQL using MS Access™ as the interface.
